An Invitation to Tai Chi Wellness
“World peace comes from world health. When you feel better, you are kinder, friendlier, more cooperative. It is that simple.” – Master Peng
Those were the words of my father Tai Chi Master Peng who devoted his life to promoting peace as a diplomat from China and then as a Tai Chi teacher. They are my words now to honor his philosophy and fulfill his legacy. I am his daughter/his student/his disciple. He gave me the gift of this wholistic exercise to share and create as many healthy people as possible.
You are warmly invited to learn a series of fascinating steps culled from nature’s finest movements. This gentle exercise brings life enhancing benefits to fortify us against stress, fatigue, depression, imbalance, brain fog. Classes are fun and learner-friendly. No athletic skills or prior experience needed. Students will enjoy graduating to more moves and complexity.
